Another chapter in the Front Mission series of games, this is;

Front Mission 2

Man.. I thought Front Mission Alternative was slow. This game is a druuuudge.. ! I was begging the enemies to kill me to put me out of my misery but instead I beat them. This game simply did not benefit from going 3D at all, it should had stayed Sprite based like Front Mission 1 on Super Nintendo. I'm sure it'd be a heck a lot more fun to play.

Again, as a FM game, it's absolutely fine. Very interesting. But in terms of gameplay and speed, it's so goddamn slow. Now I am not a twitchy-player, but waiting for load, waiting for the mechs to do the little avoid dance before they attack, wasting AP. It's all so very urgh, and the camera rarely shows a good angle either. One of the best angles without a doubt was when Joyce shot down that helicopter. That was nice.

Recommended yes, but prepare for mud-walk.
