Front Mission Evolved

Originally touted as a sequel or prequel to the other spin-off game Gun Hazard, Front Mission Evolved features a story that is both interesting and incredibly bland with a cast of completely annoying characters that I don't give two shits about. The award for most annoying one is the girl with glasses and her obnoxious Valley-girl accent of shouting " Dyylaaaaan! ", and don't get me started on the main character himself who looks like he's fetched right out of a production of Grease. Just why...

The story itself is somewhat interesting but I couldn't really remember anything other than yada yada yada, Wizard, yada yada yada, the cost of war, yada yada yada, your wanzer is special yada yada We can administer the world, Yessssss....

Still, I recommend this game if only for the gameplay is absolutely rock solid. It's massively fun to bash mechs apart or shoot them apart. Multiplayer is unfortunately, mostly dead however, which makes getting new parts for Multiplayer play nigh impossible. That's what happens when you're an idiot who ties Progression to MULTI-FING-PLAYING RANKS!
