Optimizing Rig Manipulation with GPU and Parallel Evaluation
Real-time performance can provide instant feedback to artists thereby allowing quick iterations and ultimately leading to better quality animation. This paper presents an approach that takes advantage of modern multi-core architectures and GPUs. Interactive performance is attained by building rigs that can be evaluated efficiently leveraging the parallel processing hardware.
