We finally have AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution (FSR) 2.0 and Radeon Super Resolution (RSR, driver-level FSR 1.0) release dates March 23rd and March 17th respectively, as well as some caveats and AMD's claim of much improved visual quality as well as claims of better than native image quality in certain situations.
