So, in the United States, things are weird, it isn't supposed to work like
this, but this is how it happened. FTC decided Non-competes were a bad thing
and is going to ban them, with a few exceptions. Normally, this would be a
legislative process, but apparently we don't believe in the Constitution in
America.
