After a pretty nice Rock C run, we random into a ship that's pretty strong early, but not the best late game boarding ship: the Mantis A! This ship has a few advantages over the Mantis B early in that it has weapons to take out auto scouts, zoltan shields, and a bomb to take out heal/clone bays. However, with only 2 man boarding, I usually don't like to invest fully into boarding against the boss. We have a little better luck with weapons this run, but still, FTL is being stingy with the flaks lately! We end up actually using a glaive beam for the first time in a while, let's hope it's not too slow to finish off the boss!
