October 24, 2022 stream, playing FTL with ships created by our viewers! The first ship up today is from RPGNerdos called the Neon Hacker, which we played once last week. This ship is based around the AI in vanilla FTL and their ability to hack for free with certain events. In this playthrough of the ship, we use the Parasite hacking ability, which is most useful against bonus systems of our enemies (like cloaking, drone control, mind control, etc.) There is a downside of using the free hacking on this ship, so hopefully I will not accidentally vent my whole crew or something!
