Frequent viewer and ship creator Ankinkun submitted this next ship, the Broken Shields, and I bet you can guess what its gimmick is! That's right, the shields don't work! We start with a shield system that doesn't work and can't be upgraded, so it's a dead system for the entire run! However, we get 6 trained crew to start the run, which really seems to make our dodges strong! We get some crazy weapons pre-ignited (yay for double Halberd beams), and get a REALLY nice boss fight.
