Fu Xuan is a 5-star Quantum element character who follows the path of Preservation. She was pretty prominent in the Xianzhou Luofu storyline, so everyone should know who she is!

Here are Fu Xuan’s skills revealed during the live stream (they lack multipliers):

Basic – Deals Quantum damage to a single enemy.
Skill - Activates Matrix of Prescience for a set number of turns which allows Fu Xuan to absorb a percentage of damage taken by allies. Matrix of Prescience also grants allies Max HP and Crit Rate via the Knowledge effect.
Ultimate - Deals Quantum damage to all enemies and it increases the frequency of her talent HP restoration.
Talent - Applies Misfortune Avoidance to the whole team that reduces the damage they take. Also, when her HP drops below a certain percentage, she recovers it instantly.
Technique - Creates a barrier that prevents you from entering battle and it also activates the Matrix of Prescience when you do enter it.

The head of the Xianzhou Luofu's Divination Commission. A confident and blunt sage. Using her third eye and the Matrix of Prescience, Fu Xuan calculates the Xianzhou's route and predicts the fortune of future events. She firmly believes that everything she does is the "best solution" for the situation. Fu Xuan is waiting for the general's promised "abdication." However, that day still seems... very far away.
