There are very few 13.3 inch digital note taking devices on the market. The Fujitsu A4 and Onyx Boox MAX 3 provide vastly different experiences. The Fujitsu primarily focus is a distraction free PDF editor. It excels at editing them and also making notes.

The MAX 3 is basically an Android tablet with an E INK screen. It can run Apps from Google Play, do voice dictation to text, edit PDF files, edit ebooks and also write notes. It has an HDMI, so you can use it as a secondary monitor.
