So i been getting back into working out. During the pandemic i gained 20 pounds in a few weeks and weighed in at 213 during the month of May.

Flag football was cancelled and i was furloughed from work. I tried going on walks and even jogging every now and then. At some points my hands would turn numb and blue like a frostbite feeling when going for walks. Went to the doctors, got checked and they said nothing was wrong with my lungs or anything cause i also had a shortness of breath. I did have some calcium buildup in my arteries though. I stopped walking and ate, not a lot but a good amount and it doesnt help that my mom is from Texas either. Thats a lot of food sticking to your ribs for those who didnt get it. After awhile i stopped eating what was cooked in the house and started buying healthy foods and drunk more water and bought drinks with Niacin to help clear out my arteries. Started eating oatmeal, cereal with oats, grilled instead of fried foods, and so on.

I began working out with the Nike Training Club app and then started watching youtube videos and worked out to BullyJuice, Heather Robertson, MadFit, and Pamela Reif. I now, as of the posting of this video weigh 189 after 15 weeks, i still eat bad every now and then and still dont do any cardio other than on Sundays with flag football but i will start biking soon once it stops raining so much here.

So i partnered up with my best friend Mike James and he ended up getting me right with a fullbody superset workout. I struggled at some parts, I honestly have never picked up weights and truly worked out since my senior college football year in 2015. Mike trains people of all ages and is apart of the fitness group Team Ascension who has a history of training great athletes such as Ahmad Brooks (San Francisco 49ers), Da'shawn Hand (Detroit Lions), Ricky Slade (Penn State), Mike James when he was in college (Galo FA), and myself included when I was in college.
