[COMPLETE] Encore Build, Team Comp, and Character Guide - #wutheringwaves #wutheringwavesgameplay

Encore is a 5 Stars Fusion character and uses Rectifier as her weapon.
With her bombastic character kits, she is most definitely one of the best standard character main DPS in Wuthering Waves.

Encore Skills Priority:
For starters, Encore's main damage comes from the Special basic attack mode after using her Resonance Skill.
Her damage multiplier scales from her "Ultimate" Resonance Liberation and Encore's Forte Circuit increases the burst of of damage while she's in that special state.
Therefore, skills priority is to level up the Ultimate which is Resonance Liberation, then Forte Circuit, followed up by Resonance Skill, Basic attack, and Intro Skill.

Encore Burst Rotation:
Encore's Perfect Rotation should be like this.
When you switch to Encore, that is the intro skill.
Then immediately use her Echo skill. Use Inferno Rider since it is the best for her, and make sure to tab three times to get Fusion Damage buff.

Resonance Liberation will enhance her Resonance Skill. To put it simply, it resets. Therefore use the resonance skill immediately.
Follow up by 4 times of basic attack, and resonance skill should be up by then. repeat, use resonance skill followed by basic attack, then end it with Heavy Attack Self-Destruct, and switch.

Echo:
For Main stats, Echo that's cost 4, you want to have CRIT rate% or Crit DMG% - Totaling 22% Crit Rate or 44% Crit DMG at max level.
At cost 3, aim for Fusion damage% - Totaling 30% at max level.
At cost 1, aim for ATK % - Totaling 18% ATK at max level.

For the Substats, Encore's Echo Stats Priority are as follow:
First is CRIT Rate/Crit DMG. Second best is ATK%. 3rd is Basic Attack DMG %, fourth is Flat ATK, last is Resonance Skill DMG%, and Resonance Liberation DMG%
Very important to note that Flat ATK does better than the last two, despite them being Damage percentage.

Weapon:
Currently the best weapon for her is the 5 stars Cosmic Ripples, followed up by the Battle Supplies weapon Augment, and it is mainly for the Crit Rate.
As for F2P alternative, which is similar in total damage comparison with Augment, I suggest JinZhou Keeper which you can obtain from pulling on the novice, beginner, or permanent convene banner.

Sequence:
As for her sequence, though she is already TOP TIER main DPS at Sequence zero, she accelerate at Sequence 4, and 6.
Her sequence 1 increases Encore's fusion damage 3% stacking 4 times, at total 12% for 6 seconds. The problem is in the duration.
On the other hand, she truly shines at S4, giving Fusion damage to all allies by 20% for 30 seconds. This is where Mortefi comes to play as Sub DPS.
At S6, she becomes her true form.
That is additional 25% attack and it is truly massive.


Team Comp:
Encore is a selfish DPS character and very squishy. She wants to stay on field during the whole duration.
The best teamcomp for her should be 1 Main DPS being Encore, 1 sub DPS such as Mortefi or SanHua, and 1 support such as Verina or Baizhi.
You can choose either healer, shielder, or buffer if you are a confident at your skill on perfect parry and dodging.

For sub DPS, I am using Mortefi since his ultimate is an off-field sub DPS to maximize the damage output with his ultimate granting two Marcato dealing fusion damage.
You can also use SanHua, for buffing using her outro skill which provides bonus Basic Attack Damage and not to mention SanHua's Ice Prism and Glacier.

For Support healing and buffing, you can select either Verina or Baizhi.
Verina will provide 20% attack buff to entire team. That is massive and universally used by any DPS scaling characters.
On top of that, her skill provides one-time death immunity effect. Meaning that Encore will survive on a lethal damage.
Baizhi is a good healing alternative for Encore if you don't have Verina. She provides similar effect that's better than Verina but only at Sequence 5.

Note that I do not have all characters maxed out due to Wuthering Waves just being released which resources are the most valuable and tight at the moment.
