All as well that ends... not as bad as it could have. Spoilers (duh). Complete new ending for my "good-ish" playthrough, including the choices at the docks after defeating the Netherbrain. Note that the romance in the video is Spawn Astarion.

I've added idle animations that I managed to catch, though I am sure I must have missed some.

Here are all the choices that led to this ending:
- Freed Orpheus and he turned into a Mind Flayer, killed him after as he requested (I do feel bad about this whole situation);
- Lae'zel rejected Vlaakith & went to free her people;
- Gale rejected the idea of godhood, gave the Crown back to Mystra;
- Selûne Shadowheart chose to let her parents die as they requested, she is free from Shar's curse;
- Wyll chose to become the Blade of Avernus (pact broken, his father saved);
- Karlach agreed to go to Avernus with Wyll;
- Minsc made a deal with Nine-Fingers to... improve the Guild;
- Astarion didn't ascend, adventuring with Tav & looking for a cure;
- Other: Shadow Curse was lifted, 7000 spawn were released into the Underdark, Barcus Wroot took over the Ironhands from Wulbren, saved all the Gondians, Rolan is in charge of Ramazith tower, saved Hope, Zevlor and most of the tieflings (except Cerys), etc.
