Ingredients used:
Mitarashi dango:
- 300 g silken tofu
- 200 g mochiko (glutinous rice flour)
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 200 mL water
- 1 tbsp cornstarch (slurry)
Udon Soup:
- Udon noodles
- 2 L water
- 50 g dried sardines
- 15 g kombu
- 2 potatoes
- Spring Onions
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
