250 grams Nagaimo (Japanese Yam)
4 table spoons all purpose flour
5 eggs; (4 seperated and 1 whole egg)
1 teaspoon salt
1 table spoon canola oil
3/4 table spoon rice syrup + 1.5 table spoons rice syrup
3 teaspoons of vanilla extract (optional)
Chocolate creme
1 avocado
1 banana
1 table spoon soy milk
1 block of silken tofu
1 Table spoon of rice syrup
0.5 cup cacao powder
Rice creme
1 avocado
1 banana
1 table spoon soy milk
1 block of silken tofu
1 Table spoon of rice syrup
1 cup cacao powder + 0.5 cup soy milk
Ganache
1.5 cup coconut creme
80 grams dark chocolate
Coffee crumble
1 cup all purpose flour
0.5 cup butter (preferably vegan butter, but I couldn't find any)
110 grams walnuts
70 grams almonds
2 apples
1 banana
1 table spoon coffee powder
1 table spoon rice syrup
Vanilla seeds
White chocolate balls
0.5 cups of white chocolate
Tangerin zest
The rest of the chocolate creme
0.5 cup rice syrup
2 cups soy milk (I used 1 but was too thick)
Decoration
