Fusion Flare is base 100 fire type move but the base power will DOUBLE if partner Pokemon has successfully used Fusion Bolt right before it during the same turn. In Reg G you can only use one restricted Pokemon so you can't use both Reshiram and Zekrom (or the Kyurem Formes). Luckily we have Zekrom at home: SMEARGLE
