I've been using it for a while now and no issues, works great and it is more than enough for any game or app.
Running it @ 4.1ghz with H100 Liquid cooling (Idle temp is about 19C, under load 40-50C, depending on the sensor to believe, external sensor shows 42C max)
Forgot to mention in the video, this is Vishera Black Edition, i'm not sure about this, but from what i heard, Vishera edition solves the windows compatibility issues that previous 8-core CPUs had.
Thought it is time to upgrade from X4 975, 3.6ghz CPU to 8-core, so i picked the best i could find, the FX-8350 and it is amazing. As i said in video, it is just slightly under overclocked I7, i knew this all the time, that 8-cores always beats 4-6 core I7s, but people just keep saying nonsense, they probably never got it working on 8 cores or something and then say nonsense. Maybe I7 is more optimized in games, i don't know, but RAW power is better in this, if i would overclock, i would get more out of this than overclocked I7.
Either way, even if I7 is better, it is only by like 1-2% and this is not significant.
