In an interview with Toho Kingdom, Simon Strange mentioned a special move for Godzilla that was only available in Action mode. Could G-Vision be it?

Interestingly, the effect covers the screen in Challenge mode's third person camera, so I think the orange effect is actually supposed to be an overlay effect: https://i.imgur.com/Dvsbgga.png

I should have included that in the video, but I didn't think about using it in Challenge mode until now.
