GAELCO: Wild Arcade Games From Spain (Part 2/3)
Oh man, it's GAELCO time. Throughout the '80s and '90s, Gaelco was the primary developer, manufacturer, and distributor of arcade cabinets in Spain. While some of their machines were released overseas, many of their best and weirdest games only saw limited distribution in parts of Europe. In this series, we're going to use MAME to play every single arcade game Gaelco produced throughout its lifespan.
This episode covers many of Gaelco's biggest hits, including Big Karnak, Thunder Hoop, World Rally Championship, and Alligator Hunt. We also take a detour into the infernal bootleg world of Blomby Car. OK honey, I'm going to smash them! (thumbs up)
