This is a really buggy mod for Battlefield 1942. But it makes sense, the modders created this Star Wars hack and within a few months EA officially released Star Wars Battlefront.... So there wasn't really much incentive to properly finish Galactic Conquest. A lot of the maps are barely functional in single player (they work reasonably well in multiplayer).... and there was a map or two were I started jumping on grenades and committing friendly fire just to complete the level. The last few maps of this longplay don't even work on single player and would crash before completion (which is why there are a few fade to blacks).
Galactic Conquest is a full conversion Star Wars themed modification for Battlefield 1942, which mirrors the universe with high precision. In it you will travel to iconic destinations of the Galactic Civil War and the Clone Wars!
There are no Jedi Powers in the mod, and it was conceived and originally designed in the early era of modding with full permission from LucasArts. I did have to remove 1 or 2 maps from this longplay because they played the Star Wars theme throughout the entire level (demonetized).
