If you have bought a samsung brand charger you should contact them immediately to see what the warranty or replacement policy is. If you bought an off brand name for a cheaper price you can see if the seller will work with you to resolve the issue as well. 1. Unplug your charger into different outlets, and also switch out the cords as well to make sure that's working as well
