1. Go into the settings on your galaxy note 5
2. Next click on the option that says sounds and notifications
3. Scroll all the way down to the bottom where it says app notifications
4. Find the facebook app and click on it
5. You will see a block notifications option at the top that says block notification, alerts, and sounds
6. Toggle this option to green and you will be all set
