GalaxyInvader's Quick Course (17.88, 14.81)
1A quick and fun level by GalaxyInvader, who built and released this level fairly recently. Two different runs are shown, each using a different path.
The first path is harder (imo) because it can be tricky to control the marble's spin after the Gravity Modifier. I didn't get my lowest time using that path on video, either. The second pathway can be improved on slightly by timing the appearance of the second Super Jump better. Sub-14 might be possible, I haven't tried.
