A "shooting gallery" game hosted by the comedian Leo Anthony Gallagher Jr., he was an American standup comedian who is known best for his outlandish physicalstyle comedy.
His trademark was smashing watermelons with a Sledge-O-Matic, an oversized mallet, spraying the contents into the nearby audience.
During any number of his performances, he mentioned that being in his own video game was one of his ambitions.

Gallagher's Gallery features a variety of mini-games set in four areas (Food Store, Gadget Land, Sheriff's Office, and Play Room):

Supermarket: You must destroy all the products hated by our Gallagher, be careful not to shoot the cherry cans.

Sheriff's office: Here you must shoot at car wheels, Christmas lights, beer bottles and all signs. Do not shoot at the “STOP” sign.

The playroom: Knock out the phone, make the fish disappear, move the alarm clock and kill the mice. Do not hit the cats.

Gadgetlandia: Shoot all the highlighted objects (TV, airplanes and slices of toast), don't shoot the slices of bread that are not toasted.

At this point you come to the final level called: “Death by Melon,” where the player must stop Gallagher before he destroys a large watermelon. Inevitably the swing speed will increase by a lot and it will destroy it.

Unlike most of the games made for American Laser Games's LaserDisc-based hardware, this game did not receive any ports or re-releases, making it one of the company's rarest games.
