Abstract: For over 40 years, the Consortium for Mathematics and Its Applications (COMAP) has supported educators and students in bringing mathematical modeling into the classroom. This session will explore accessible modeling activities, highlight opportunities for student engagement through international modeling contests, and showcase COMAP’s resources for any math course. We’ll also introduce Refresh for Relevancy, a new initiative inviting participants to collaborate with COMAP in modernizing classic modeling materials.
