So, for the celebration of all things Nintendo this year, I figured I would continue on with what I did last year, only move it up to Nintendo's first handheld console and take a look at the first year of Game Boy releases.
This is going to seem very familiar at first, but it's going to get much more diverse and interesting by the end, thanks to third party licenses.
It's a good thing this starts with Alleyway, because Alleyway has very little to talk about. If you've played Arkanoid or Breakout, you know what to expect. Single player Pong where you break bricks. Not exactly novel or unique, but it can kill time for a car ride.
