Games like Elden Ring, Monster Hunter Sunbreak, and RPGs like Dragon Quest are all great, but I think they could be better if they made a change that, while risky, could result in some of the best games we've ever seen.
Outerwilds is also a fantastic game that takes advantage of this change, and while you can't play it on switch (yet maybe?) if you still want to play it on the go, you can play it on a steam deck! Starfield and No Man's Sky are two other games that do this too!
btw, if you have any recommendations for a game to look at, I'd love to hear it!
