Now when it comes to game franchises that need to return, Mirror's Edge is one that is very personal to me. Playing the game when it first came out in 2008 I instantly fell in love with its iconic art style, thrilling gameplay and fantastic soundtrack. Fast forward to 2016 and finally a sequel got released - Mirror's Edge Catalyst, and it was… disappointingly average.

The open world of Catalyst was awkward to navigate, mission structures were frustrating and the story was just plain boring. It’s why I think a new Mirror's Edge, or a complete reboot of the series would be perfect to recapture that excitement and feel of the first game and repair the damage done to the series with the second.

Just, just no more sewer levels please.
