The emblem file is a copy of a memory card save which you can load a couple of different ways.
-(EASY WAY) If you are using an emulator simply drop the memory card in your emulators memory card repository
-(EASY BUT, LESS ACCESSIBLE) if have a MemCard Pro, drop this into the folder on your SD card containing your Armored Core memory cards and load it direct from the game.

-(ALSO EASY BUT, LESS ACCESSIBLE) Download the PS1 memory card manager software and use your PS3 Memory Card Adapter to drop this file onto the memory card.

-(COMPLEX BUT, IT WORKS) if you have a Free McBoot card for your PS2, use the utilities contained to copy this memory card from a USB source and then load from your game.
