Rhaegar secures the realm, while Lord Stannis loses everything he dreamed of in one war, leaving his younger brother, Renly, raised by Rhaegar, to take the Stormlands.
Renly has taken the stormlands, with the support of the people. Rhaegar watched on as his plan fell into place with no intervention on his part, he had raised Rely, treated him well despite his brothers, betrayal, and nobody wanted Stannis to rule, which led him to turn to the lord of light, rumour has it he has turned to black magic, even he lays with a red priestess, and Rheager realises the only way he is going to restore the targaryens to their former glory is by marrying his kids off to secure future allies but also keep the blood of the dragon within their line, but making his own religion as his ancestors had done to secure multiple allies and ensure the targaryens rise again.
