Why is the theme song portion of this game muted out? This game is so pathetic, they actually claimed copyright. After making legitimate legal argument about the Intellectual Property legal status, they chose to ignore it and become a legal battle if the song was not removed. my response below:
"This is not a copyrighted TV show episode. This is a game, in which the music was licensed to the software developers. Under the software developer's licensing agreement with Sony, MUST be streamable. You have no right of copy to claim, you sold it in license. The title and artist do not appear in the title or text, are not searchable, and are totally incidental to the video's purpose of showing off the GAME. The game to which you licensed your music and have no right to claim"
Although several other games have done this, after I dispute it, the matter is cleared. However, the "musicians of this poorly composed, simplistic theme music responded by denying it and forcing a poor regular person into a legal battle which, legally, they SHOULD lose but can outspend me in court and win if the song was not removed. It is a disgusting abuse of the system by an oversized corporate entity who would rather bully customers than do right.
Edit: After posting this text in this and the other video containing the music, the video was almost immediately removed by youtube/google for "violating community standards". Can you get more pathetic?
