Game Ready Transistor Speed Creation | Maya + Substace Painter
Hey there everyone thanks for watching! In this video I will be creating the Transistor Blade from the hit Indie title Transistor. After just finishing this flawless game I decided to tackle this small project and share with you how it was made. The whole process took roughly 3 hours and was made using Maya 2016 but Autodesk, Substance Painter, Adobe Photoshop and xNormals. All the modeling and UVs were done within Maya, while the normal / ambient occlusion maps were made within xNormals. Finally the textures were created in Substance painter.
