Thanks for watching everyone, I had a lot of fun with this game asset! The whole process took roughly 4-5 hours including pre production (reference image gathering, planning etc). For the modeling and UV work I used autodesk Maya 2016, I baked out some maps (more specifically my ambient occlusion and normal map) in a free to download program titles xNormals, cleaned up the maps and added detail to the skateboard deck in photoshop, and completed the texturing with Substance Painter. The final renders were also taken within Substance Painter, and edited in Photoshop. I hope you guys all enjoy watching this as much as I enjoyed making it.
