1001 spikes is 1 of those games that i respect why people love it. It feels like 1 of the 0 mercy games like some of those in the games in the NES library and it does it's job well. My only problem is that it's not for me. The difficulty feels more like a Battletoads where it feels like a series of death traps you need to get through rather than solving a puzzle or a problem. For those who like this kind of a game I give it a 7.5 out of 10. As for me, I couldn't give it any more than a 5.5 out of 10.

Also I know there is unlockable modes, but I've never had the patience to get remotely close to finishing the game, let alone unlocking them.
