Civilization is a all time classic PC strategy game. This was a game that was new player friendly and welcomed all of those who wanted to see the depth of strategy that a game like Risk could be built on. The SNES version isn't that same game. It's a slow and tedious game that takes too much time loading to see it's greatness. I give it a 3.5 out of 10.
