Game rework update

Game rework to focus mainly on arcade mode style for now to reduce the workload since it is easier to develop.
Troop combine subunit, unit and leader system together. Now troop follow assigned leader and can act independently according to the order.
Now one subunit is equal one troop in term of stat and number in battle.
Sprite now only has side direction to ensure animation quality. The art style will use the one similar to those of popup books instead.
Will have a test with huge number of troops (1k+ or even 10k) later and see how it go. (Right now shown at only 100)
