19This is my preview of the roll and write board game 'Roll4Rum' by Florian Fiedler that is currently being funded on the crowdfunding platform Kickstarter (starting in February, 2025).

"Roll 4 Rum is a strategic dice-based adventure game where players sail across a hex-based map, aiming to visit at least five harbors before reaching the final destination. Dice rolls determine fate events, movement, and encounters with obstacles like whirlpools, fog, and sea monsters. Players collect resources, including fish, flotsam, and pirate gold, to maintain their crew and ship. Points are earned through exploration and challenges, and the player with the most rum points at the end wins. Strategic planning and resource management are crucial."
