State of Anarchy: Master of Mayhem is a top-down twin-stick shooter, that is both hilarious due to the music and fun to play. I normally don't like twin stick shooters but this one was pretty good, although the controls were a little stiff for the game. I am currently playing the PS4 version in my video.
