So, I tried Vanguard during the free weekend. To be honest, it wasn’t as terrible as I thought it would be, and it had its fun moments.
But, overall it’s a messy, clunky, and lazy reskin of Modern Warfare, and yet somehow plays worse, even though they use the same engine.

Things I Didn’t Like:
• default settings feel very clunky
• gunplay feels bad (shots don’t seem to hit sometimes)
• the gunsmith (holy shit the 10 attachment, EOTech sights during WWII, impossible/impractical customizations gunsmith)
• progression is too slow (70 levels for each gun)
• no proper team names (My Team VS Enemy Team, instead of Allies VS Axis)
• SBMM (Obviously) It’ll punish you for playing good (even if I don’t myself) by matching you with sweats, and destroying your ping.

Things I Liked:
• different fronts (not just US involvement against N*zis)
• having a few underrated WWII guns
