11First of all: Couldn't record ingame sound, so... no ingame sound.
OpenRA is an engine, that supports Command & Conquer (1) and Command & Conquer: Red Alert (1). Though "only" the multiplayer part. Both games are freeware, OpenRA itself is GPL. And it's a RTS, if you never heard of C&C (which I doubt).
