Ganbare Goemon 2: Kiteretsu Shōgun Magginesu - Forest! (Fish Lake)
The Mystical Ninja franchise (or, as it's known in Japan, Ganbare Goemon) is very underrated and obscure outside of Japan and while there are easily over a dozen games in the franchise spanning several genres, only 4 have been localized by Konami. Ganbare Goemon 2: Kiteretsu Shōgun Magginesu is the 11th game in the franchise and the second SNES (or as it's called in Japan, the Super Famicom) game. Unfortunately, this one was never localized (shame, because i think it's better then Legend of The Mystical Ninja), it shares few of the same concepts as the previous SNES game, such as similar locales and some of the same characters, however, the gameplay is much more refined and as a result, more responsive making for better platforming, towns are no longer littered with enemies and not to forget one of the new additions to the game, boss battles involving giant mechs duking it out.
The game is entirely in Japanese, so i won't be bothering with talking to NPCs (besides those that are required to progress) or messing around with the mini games (not that i care much about them anyways). As you might notice, the type of game this is, doesn't really require that you be able to read Japanese in order to play and enjoy it.
Not a very hard area, though i found the first half to be a bit tricky. In case anyone is wondering, the first Raccoon is a fake at the end which is why i ignored it.
