So as promised we've put together our first impressions on the new Gang Beasts v0.2 update that sees our favourite gelatinous gladiators ported over to the new Unity 5 game engine.

(Most of the content in this video is based on the 0.2.1 "unstable" alpha.)

Jon takes a look at the new lighting and improved phsics, the new prototype levels of Waves, Break and Race and what has made it across from the v0.1.5a version. We also check out the new day & night cycle and some rather amusing glitches.

Developed by indie studio Boneloaf, Gang Beasts is a Multiplayer Co-op Party Game influenced by classic mêlée fighting games, such as Final Fight and Streets of Rage. The features local multiplayer, doughy ragdoll physics and horrific environmental hazards.
