Ingredients:
1 cup shredded coconut (fresh or desiccated)
1/2 cup almonds, blanched
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1/4 cup raisins
6-8 cloves of garlic, peeled
4-5 cloves
2 tablespoons oil (vegetable or coconut oil)
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Blanch the Almonds:
Bring a pot of water to a boil.
Add the almonds and let them boil for about 1-2 minutes.
Drain and rinse the almonds under cold water.
Pat them dry and peel off the skin.
Toast Sesame Seeds:
