Garuda Linux which comes based on Arch Linux but unlike Arch Linux comes with a graphical installer (Calamares) for easy installation and other advanced graphical tools to manage the systemThe version of 220101, codenamed “White-tailed Eagle”, has been announced. The ISO images of the version are in the mirrors for download. Garuda Linux, a performance-oriented distribution with many performance-enhancing tweaks, uses zram, a performance CPU manager, along with custom memory management software. This version of Garuda Linux; KDE Plasma is offered in at least 12 different versions including GNOME, Xfce, LXQT, Wayfire, Qtile, i3WM, MATE, Cinnamon, Recbox, BSPWM, Barebones. The release announcement, which begins with the wish of a happy new year, begins with the news that all packages have been upgraded to fixed versions. While it is stated that FireDragon 2 is not preferred as the default browser, it is stated that system maintenance is made easier than ever thanks to Garuda System Maintenance 2.
