So on a Multistrike Build, you would like to add some Sword Intent. Sword Intent will be used up on the next Attack Card. So if you have 7 Sword Intent, that would be 7 more Damage. But if you have a Multistrike Attack, like 2 ATK x 5, that would turn into 9 ATK x 5!
