FLB Lucio is coming in Sahar form with strong kit and actually upgrade what he deserved too such as removing demerit from passive that hit to Dark DEF each turn and changed it into Dodge rate then his CA also reset s2 CD and his s2 inflict debuff that amplify dmg for next 6 hit for a turn. He also hard slap on both Shiva and Grimnir FLB due

-his passive have all allies full restore+all debuff along with Instant Change remove effect and activate by just having allies whose HP below 25% at end of turn, not having to fulfil condition which taking long time to use like Shiva and Shiva doesn't have all allies Instant Charge on 4th skill.
-easier and faster condition to fulfill for using 4th skill than Grimnir and Lucio's 4th skill effect is even stronger cuz Grimnir's 4th skill only give him single hit nuke after attack permanent buff but Lucio's s4 permanent buff both activate s2 on normal attack and multi hit nuke at end of turn, Debuff immunity and Dispel Cancel

Overall he is strong dmging which minors ability on support allies and team full restore, wouldn't surprise on see him using in FA on upcoming GW.
But could ou make CA skip version shorter by removing animation where they pan into Lucio?

It's like they injected Steroid on her, her s1 now also grants her echo and 3 hit flurry with 2T duration. Guy.... this skill only having 5T CD which is consider as short and no condition to fulfill to get all buffs effect, so strong skill indeed.

Her CA now also grants Keen to alllies which is supplemental crit dmg which work to both herself Flurry and team that deal multi-hit not to mention that she got new Transcendence EMP passive which supplemental her dmg based on number of foe's debuffs. S2 also getting accuracy of debuff increased except Zombified and Lethal Hit which make her debuff accuracy more reliable especially for getting herself passive

Also somehow, I feel her multi-attack is increased from before rebalance as in vid you can see she doing triple attack like heavy machine gun if it's before she may doing double attack or even single sometime

Overall, stronger dps with various debuff and 100%Cri Rate+Keen buffer, they actually made Sorn from mediocre Transcendence getting this stronger while looking back at Uno, 2 Lapis Meris just only for EX+ is just too WTF bro.
