GBG3: Marriage Proposal, MLP style (Big Mac + Cheerilee )

Long story short, Cecilia (dressed at Cheerilee) surprise proposed to Michael (dressed at Big Mac) last Sunday during Claire Corlett's panel at the Grand Brony Gala 3.
Apart from Claire, even though a lot of the costumed people you see nearby at the end are cast/actors in the plays for the GBG, I can tell you this video was not staged (at least not in the sense you think), Scootaloo had to stall Mac outside of the mane events room for the longest time to get the timing right. I was told they (she and the CMC cast) meticulously planned it behind Michael's back during the months leading up to the Gala and I received a message on Steam from my friend Josh that Cecilia wanted me to record it so I told them if my schedule allows, I would.
It's hard to hear, but Michael said "Of course!" and Cecilia put the ring on. Arlene (dressed as Mayor Mare in the video) will wed them next year at the next Gala.
