From what i gather this is an issue due to having multiple HDD's. My SSD only has 70 gig of space so when i picked Drive D which has 3 tb on it the 80 gig required tag was still RED, i noticed after changing the app storage in my video as shown it changes to green when you try to install again and it downloads fine for me.

It's not 100% downloaded yet but i'm sure it's fixed now i will update when downloaded.

Steps.
#1 Go to settings
#2 Click Storage on the left
#3 Scrolls down to New Apps install location
#4 Change from your small SSD/HDD to the drive you want the game on like D etc
#5 Apply then go back to store and click download on GOW4 then you should now see the 80 GIG text is in Green and before was Red.

UPDATE 1: Download at 7 gig going strong, no pauses, restarts or freezes yet.

Update 2: 40 gig done.

Update 3: It worked, my game fully downloaded without any issues and is ready to play.
