In Act 2, Chapter 2, Marcus will give you the custom lancer. You’d have to bring the custom lancer to the end of Act 5, Chapter 2. It’s okay to drop the weapon for another weapon, as long as you pick it back up. If you decided to restart a chapter, you will not unlock this achievement.
