Gears of War Remastered - Originality and Change (Gears Of War 4 Beta & Remastered Details)
26I discuss with some OG Gears of War Community Pros on what they think of Gears of War being Remastered. I asked them what should be fixed, changes and stay. We all agreed that TDM "Team Death Match" does not belong in the game because it wasn't originally in the game and it will cause the game to die out and make it more noob friendly and less competitive, also that fact that it will make everyone mad who loves the game for what it is. You shouldn't change perfection is what everyone is saying and gears of War 1 is nearly a perfect game. If game developing companies Plastic Wax and Splash Damage should remaster Gears 1, the only thing they should change and fix is the visuals and campaign cutscenes from both the story and multiplayer. They should fully remaster all DLC and make it free of charge and they should fix the glitches in-game such as crab walking which isn't mentioned much in this video but i will make a video on it soon. People shouldn't be allowed to cheat and crab walk anymore in Gears of War. The multiplayer is what needs to be fixed and remaster it how it is already. I believe if the multiplayer were more balanced that would be a little bit better. If Gears of War 1's multiplayer was like Gears of War 3, it would be better than 3 and be the perfect game, especially without Retro and Sawed-off. I also mention how People Can Fly could possibly be working with the new companies who are remastering the game to make a possible rebound which is both possible and not possible at the same time. We also talk about how the Beta being tested at the moment could possibly be Gears of War 4 considering its featuring TDM and King of the Hill which were both originally not in Gears of War 1. Also, to mention the fact that Black Tusk announced multiple "Gears" projects could mean as of currently, while Plastic Wax and Splash Damage are working on Gears of War Remastered being possibly aided by Black Tusk Studios and Microsoft, Black Tusk is working on Gears of War 4 so there you have it! As for host advantage, that should go to and there needs to be dedicated servers. Gears of War 1 should receive an announcement around the time of E3 2015.
